Notice 2009-14 expands, clarifies, and supersedes previously issued Notice 2008-100, 2008-44 I.R.B. 1081. It will provide guidance relating to new programs established under the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, P.L. 110-343, after Notice 2008-100 was published.

Notice 2009-14 will be in IRB 2009-7, dated February 17, 2009.
